Business Development Manager

Job Description
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Identifying new customers, sending proposals, pitching and closing sales.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic relations with key decision makers.
- Keep close coordination with the technical and customer services group of the company to analyze and satisfy the needs of the clients in timely and accurate manner.
- Negotiating with existing clients to review their contracts and to make new contract with potential clients.
- Keeping close contact with accounts department to keep tacks of the financial matters of the clients.

Job Description
- Ownership, maintenance and support of HR system components (including HR Core, time clock, Loan, Lease, Leave, Claims, Travel etc.).
- Identification and mitigation of risks to service delivery and proactive resolution of issues before they impact service levels.
- Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and follow up. Coordination of all relevant parties during client facing outages. Timely escalation of complex issues or problems.
- Resiliency testing. Regular and systematic testing of application redundancy and failover
- Real-time system monitoring using a diverse set of industry standard and proprietary tools.
- Capacity planning and assessment
- Application maintenance, including change and release management
- Pplanned and emergency application deployment, configuration and patchingn /li>
- Definition, management, and leadership of projects to improve operational efficiency, system monitoring and automation of manual tasks.
